Deposit & Cancellation (Rescheduling) Policy:
- Cork Acupuncture & Physical Therapy requires 48 hours notice if you can not attend your appointment.
A deposit system is in place for appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the treatment you booked. The balance is due at the appointment time.
TREATMENT COST COVER BY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURERS
Cork Acupuncture & Physical Therapy is a member of the ACI and NMPT, and is fully insured. The following health insurance providers recognise our clinic and can cover treatment costs depending on your individual insurance plan.
Preparing for your appointment
- Payment Options: Card, Cash or Revolut App. If paying with Cash, please have the exact amount.
- Please wear loose fitting clothing that can be pulled over your knees, elbows, tummy or back.
- Being punctual is always appreciated but please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
- A Parking Space is available at the entrance to the premises.
- Please WAIT to be Called in.
