Acupuncture is increasingly recognized as an effective complementary therapy for a variety of health conditions. While not all health insurance plans cover acupuncture, many do, and some employers offer assistance through wellness programs. To determine your coverage, consult with your health insurance provider or human resources department.

Cork Acupuncture & Physical Therapy is a member of the ACI and NMPT, and is fully insured. The following health insurance providers recognise our clinic and can cover treatment costs depending on your individual insurance plan.

- Deposit & Cancellation (includes Rescheduling) Policy: Minimum of 48 Hours Notice.
- Cork Acupuncture & Physical Therapy requires 48 hours notice if you can not attend your appointment.
A deposit system is in place for appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the treatment you booked. The balance is due at the appointment time. - If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will Not be refunded. If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded. If you fail to attend or cancel / reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to offer no further appointments until any outstanding fees are paid. A payment link will be sent to you for immediate payment.
- If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours a 50% cancellation charge applies, if it is within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee applies. However, we will endeavour to fill the slot if possible.
- If Less than 48 hours notice is given, or in the case of a No Show, then all future appointments will have to be Prepaid at the time of booking.
